Inside Sales / Customer Service:
If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with bicycles and the people who ride them, then a position as an Inside Sales Rep may be just what you have been looking for.  The primary objective of this position is to enter orders received via incoming telephone calls, faxes and E-mail as well as telemarketing existing and new customers.  This includes answering technical questions about products and providing excellent customer service.  Position also involves catalog proofing, handling warranties and returns, data entry/maintenance, drop shipments, web site maintenance and helping pull orders and receive product when needed.  Requirements include 1 year bicycle industry sales/mechanic experience

Warehouse Associate:
 If you enjoy cycling and thrive off of deadline driven work, we are looking for you.  This position performs warehouse duties associated with pulling and packing inventory for individual orders to ensure timely and accurate filling of each order.  This position is also cross trained to perform receiving and stocking duties.  Experience in order pulling, using RF scanners and/or Shipping software is preferred.
